NAWGJ WA Board Meeting Minutes Dec. 19, 2009 Present: Nola, Denise, Jan, Laurie, Lee

Marge will be joining the board as the Seattle Rep to take over for Karen until the election next July.

Candy Corn (Oct 8-10, 2010) and Holiday Express/Kay Canedy (Dec. 17-20, 2010) Critique Clinics: only two bids have come in. Gym East and Metro. The coaches love the clinic portion, and also the critique card feedback. We must continue to write the comments. Judges suggest no dark colored cards for the future, too hard to read/write on. Need TV screens for parents to see floor routines at the Holiday Express/Kay Canedy if it is held at Metro in the future.

Bid Form: new addition: must have equipment for high level gymnasts for the clinic portion.

Board unanimously approved the budget for 2010.
