This years National Judges Cup was held across the Ohio River from Cincinnati in Covington, Kentucky. We could look across at the stadium where the Bengal's play. There were 80 judges over the three days of competition representing 29 states. I went for WA (Lee) Ann Heppner was there for Oregon, and Marian and Nikki DeWane represented Idaho. We judged, judged, judged! No time for anything else.

I asked one of the judges I met how she pronounces her last name. She replied, "Brainer, like no-brainer. But the funny thing is that my maiden name was Smart." She was pretty funny.

Here is our 2010 WA State Level 7 Team. They took 3rd place and were amazing. And Jada Czysz-Deboer took first AA. NorCal took first and PA was 2nd. Results
